Bio. I received my B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications, from Sharif University of Technology, Iran, in 2006, and my M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, in 2007 and 2012, respectively. My Ph.D. advisor was Professor Athina Markopoulou. I joined Jeda Networks Inc. in June 2012.


Research. My interests are in the area of communications and networking: design, analysis and implementation of network protocols and algorithms. I am particularly interested in network inference, network coding, network monitoring; storage networks and software defined networking.
